CENTRAL COAST COMMUNITY ENERGY (3CE)’s new battery savings program now pays homeowners to add solar and battery systems!
You can earn an upfront incentive of up to $7,800 in new systems and up to $13,000 in retro-fitted systems by participating in the 3CE Solar Battery Savings Program.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Install
Install a Fortress Power battery and inverter system.
Authorize
Authorize Fortress Power and 3CE to monitor your home energy consumption and
dispatch at least 50% of your battery system during peak hours every day.
Get Paid
Fortress Power will schedule your battery to reduce your utility bill in accordance with 3CE program requirements. 3CE will send you a check within 45 days of applying, for selling energy like a mini power plant.

HOW IT WORKS
- Solar panels charge your battery during the day.
- Fortress Power schedules your battery to discharge 50% of your battery system for you during peak times.
- Fortress Power will not dispatch your battery during a weather event.
ELEGIBILITY
AHomeowners are eligible for the 3CE Solar Battery Program if they:
- Are an active 3CE residential customer
- Fortress Power equipment must be interconnected and permitted by the appropriate local permitting jurisdiction.
- Fortress Power Battery must be fully charged by on-site solar (no grid charging allowed).
- Customer’s Battery system cannot simultaneously be participating in any other active demand response programs.
- Own the following hardware. Must be installed after the 3CE application is submitted:
